Fuelling Employment Generation through Cluster Development
Rural Enterprises and Livelihood

At IL&FS Clusters, we focus on building scalable models of livelihoods promotion that transform lives of poor producers through building their enterprises, enabling improved access and linking them to markets

Our programs are implemented on a cluster based model focusing on value addition, and driving efficiency, productivity, scale and competitiveness. An integrated approach is adopted that includes organization of a fragmented production base, federating them into producer owned institutions, and ensuring improved access to infrastructure, technology, credit and markets. Special emphasis is on re-engineering the traditional skills of producers and providing holistic enterprise management support, to diversify their product offerings and cater to contemporary markets
